UNITY ML107206 emergency exit mortise lock is suitable for escape doors requiring deadbolt locking. From outside: the key operates deadbolt and key or handle operates latch bolt. From the inside: the key operates deadbolt and latch bolt. The handle retracts deadbolt and latchbolt simultaneously.

– Suitable for sprung and most un-sprung lever furniture
– Stainless steel faceplate and strike in square and radius version (radius version improves door prep efficiency with machine routing)
– Compatible with bolt through furniture and escutcheons of 38mm centers
